The Autumn Leaves Tunnel towards Mt. Fuji
You can see the changing autumn leaves from Tengachaya at an altitude of 1,300 meters to Lake Kawaguchi at an altitude of 830 meters. There are 60 giant autumn leaves trees on both sides of the 1.5km-long Momiji Tunnel that connects Momiji Street, and just looking at them is soothing, and it is a popular spot for photography and sightseeing. Every November, the Autumn Leaves Tunnel is illuminated at night, making it the perfect way to end your trip to Mt. Fuji.
